Founder of NorArte. PhD in Biology. Illustrator and scientific designer
PhD in Biology from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU), she has worked and studied in different European universities as a researcher. She founded the NorArte Studio in 2011, uniting her two passions, drawing and science, and driven by the need to improve scientific communication and dissemination.

Our online learning platform at your disposal
Our platform is designed for you to work on the following competencies:
– The message: define the purpose of the presentation.
– The audience: knowing the audience and adapting to convey credibility.
– The planning: to elaborate the script, the structure and the way to start and close the presentation.
– The slides: know graphic design concepts to transmit ideas, messages and clear images.
– The person: know the importance of voice, posture, gaze and gestures.
– Image: being aware of the image we convey with our body and attire.
– Stress management: practising preparation, relaxation and managing excitement before a presentation.
Working methodology
From the start of our mentoring, you will have immediate access to our online platform, where you will find more than 5 hours of video tutorials covering all relevant aspects of communication.
We will conduct several online sessions, recommending a minimum of three. During these sessions, we will review the content of your presentation, identify problem areas for more specific advice, review the structure and design of your slides, discuss aspects such as English phonetics and intonation, and perfect your delivery.
You will receive detailed feedback and answers to all your questions.
The number of sessions will depend on your specific needs, but will generally include:
- Initial contact session to establish your goals and needs, as well as get to know your field of study and discuss your content.
- Focus session on presentation structure and slide design.
- Final rehearsal session, where we will practice the presentation and make final adjustments as needed.
