We are in touch
Tell us more
We look forward to working with you on your next science communication project. Our aim is to provide you with a personalised service tailored to your needs, and to achieve this, we need to know a few key details. Below is a list of things to consider when submitting your project so that we can provide you with an accurate, no-obligation quote:
- Project description: Tell us about your project in detail. The more we know, the better we can understand your needs and provide you with a quote accordingly. Do you need a figure, an infographic, an animation, a logo for a new project, a diagram, a new website, etc?
- Target audience: Tell us about the audience you want to reach with your project. Understanding who you are targeting will help us tailor the design and message effectively.
- Uses of the image: Tell us how you plan to use the image – will it be for a scientific paper, research proposal, book, exhibition, social media or other purpose?
- Size and dimensions: Specify the dimensions you need for the image. Either in pixels for digital media or in centimetres/inches for print.
- Style: Describe the visual style you have in mind for the project. You can find many examples in our portfolio.
- Draft or outline: If you have any sketches or preliminary ideas, feel free to share them. Even if it is a simple representation, it will help us to visualise your idea and to size the work.
- Deadlines: If you have a specific deadline for completing the project, let us know. This will allow us to organise our work schedule accordingly.
- File format to deliver: Let us know if you have a specific preference for the file format to deliver: PDF, PNG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, MP4, TIFF.
Feel free to add any additional questions or details you feel are important – we look forward to receiving your project and working together to take your science further!
